Users submitting support tickets often fill the subject field with something unhelpful, such as "Help" or "Question". Before submitting the ticket, use on device local AI to automatically generate the subject field from the ticket content.
This demo uses the summarizer API to generate the subject, which works for the majority of the time, however it sometimes generates subject lines that are too long, or too "headliney". This could be improved using the language model API and a custom prompt.
